What sim gamers say about Delanclip
Mike Trousa
Switched from TrackIR and honestly should’ve done it years ago. Tracking is noticeably smoother, half the price, and completely wireless - no more cable tangled in my HOTAS. Setup took 5 minutes.
Tony Malone
When my previous IR tracker (different brand) failed after 6 months, I was hesitant to try another one. Delanclip’s 2 year warranty convinced me to take the chance. Been using it daily in MSFS for 8 months now, works flawlessly.
Steve Rander
Using it 4-5 nights a week in Star Citizen for over a year, still tracks perfectly. Best value-for-money in my entire rig.

What an IR head tracker changes in your sim
Your hands never leave the controls.
You look where you want and the in-game camera follows your head. Checking a mirror or clearing a blind spot costs you nothing on the stick or the wheel.
You see the threat a moment earlier.
You turn your head instead of reaching for a hat switch.
It works in the room you actually have.
A dark room, normal lighting or a sunny afternoon - tracking stays the same.
Your head stays free.
Nothing sits on your head except the clip, and you keep seeing your monitor and your real controls. Most people who cannot use VR for long sessions get on fine with IR head tracking.
Head Tracking Compared With Face Tracking and VR
Face Tracking
- ✖ Needs bright, stable lighting
- ✖ Struggles with glasses or beards
- ✖ Noticeable lag and jitter
- ✖ Limited range of movement
- ✖ Unexpected drifting
Delanclip IR Tracking
- ✓ Works in complete darkness and on sunny days
- ✓ Unaffected by glasses or beards
- ✓ Instant response - zero noticeable lag
- ✓ Natural movement - lean, peek, look around
- ✓ Lightweight, comfortable for 8+ hr sessions
- ✓ Wireless - No Cables
- ✓ Affordable - from £60 plus tax
VR Headsets
- ✖ Heavy for long sessions
- ✖ Expensive £370-£740+
- ✖ PC demanding
- ✖ Can cause fatigue or nausea
- ✖ Blocks your view of real controls
IR head tracking gives you the view control of VR while you keep looking at your own monitor.

Works with 200+ PC games
We name just a few below
How the IR Head Tracker Stays Accurate
A Delanclip system is a camera, an infrared clip and OpenTrack. The camera follows three infrared points rather than your face, so OpenTrack always knows which point is which and turns a small head movement into steady view control inside the game.
Works with a TrackIR camera on TrackIR software - a direct replacement for the TrackClip Pro.
Questions before you buy
How difficult is setup?
Most users get it working in 5-10 minutes. Attach clip, mount camera, run OpenTrack calibration - done. Setup is guided step by step.
Which kit should I choose?
Fusion Pro if you want no cable on your headset. Gamer Pro if you want the lower price and a cable does not bother you. Both use the same DelanCam1 camera and the same OpenTrack setup.
What if it doesn't work for me?
Tell us within 14 days of delivery, send the kit back and we refund you. Return postage is usually yours, and the full terms are in our returns policy. Every kit also has a 2-year warranty and lifetime support.
Will it work with my setup?
What makes Delanclip different?
It is built to be repaired. Many parts can be replaced for a fraction of the price of a complete kit, and our support stays with you for as long as you own it.
